Return & Refund Policy

We want every “Trove” box to be met with a smile. If a toy isn’t the right fit for your little one, our return policy is designed to be as stress-free as possible.

3.1 Eligibility for Returns (7-Day Window)

To ensure the hygiene and safety of our toys, returns are accepted under these conditions:

  • Unopened & Unplayed: The toy must be in its original, unopened packaging with all factory seals and tags intact.
  • Hygiene Standards: Items like pacifiers, teether-toys, or fabric plushies that have been removed from their sealed hygiene bags cannot be returned.
  • Damaged on Arrival: If a toy arrives broken or missing a piece, please take a photo immediately so we can send a “Rescue Set.”

3.2 Non-Returnable Items

  • Personalized Toys: Any item engraved or custom-made with a child’s name.
  • Assembled Large Items: Play-kitchens or climbers that have already been put together.
  • Sale Items: “Clearance Trove” items are final sale.

3.3 The Return Journey

  1. Notification: Email hello@tinytroves.store within 48 hours of delivery with your order ID and a photo of the item’s condition.
  2. Review: Our “Play Experts” will review the request within 24 business hours.
  3. Logistics: For defective items, we cover the return shipping. For “change of mind” returns, a standard logistics fee of PKR 250 applies for the return courier.

3.4 Refunds & Trove-Tokens

  • Refunds: Processed to your original payment method within 10–12 business days.
  • Trove-Tokens: You can opt for instant store credit to quickly choose a different toy that better suits your child’s current interests.
